A phrase that has been synonymous with our company since we relaunched with a new brand 5 years ago. Recently, we began the conversation of what “It” actually is and the different meanings it embodies for our clients, our employees, and overall culture of the firm.
“It Means More to Us” started as a phrase that would separate Hunneman from our competitors. To compete successfully as an independently owned and operated firm for the past 93 years, “It” had to and has to mean more. We embrace business opportunities, not as commodities, but rather as opportunities to demonstrate our individual passion for success. “It” reflects that individual passion, that drive.
“It Means More to Us” began to transcend our business and become the mantra our firm would live by, both internally and externally. It began to take on a life of its own, defining our culture. It became an integral role in attraction, retention, and recruitment of our employees. It began to help identify our philanthropic endeavors in the community. It began to contribute to our clients’ successes. It allowed us to engage all our employees and remind them that all voices at Hunneman are heard.
