Leasing momentum continues at recently upgraded property off of Route 3, ushering the resumption of dining services at the 250 Apollo Drive cafeteria.

The new Tenant will be Spectacle Live, a leading event and venue services provider specializing in venue management, marketing and promotions, booking and talent buying, ticketing, and other consulting services. Both Hunneman and the ownership CKM Real Estate have recently enjoyed renewed leasing traction having just completed the lease with Spectacle Live and recently completing a lease with Triton Systems for 11,248 RSF. In response to the increased tenant activity, the building will re-open the cafeteria and resume dining services for the first time since 2020.
