# Hunneman Sells 48-Unit Marblehead Apartment Portfolio

Boston, MA., November 21, 2023 – Hunneman today announced the $11,500,000 sale of a 48-unit multi-family portfolio in Marblehead, MA: 21, 23, 25 and 27 State Street; 5-5R and 7-9 Evans Road; 15 Harris Street; 43 Elm Street; 15 Green Street; 2 Ocean Avenue; and 151 Jersey Street. Executive Vice President and Principal, [Carl Christie](https://www.hunnemanre.com/employees/6011-carl-christie), and Vice President [Dan McGee](https://www.hunnemanre.com/employees/6014-dan-mcgee) of Hunneman represented the seller and procured the buyer.

The Apartment Portfolio is comprised of eleven-(11) apartment properties in seven separate locations, all located within a short drive of each other. “This portfolio was assembled over decades by the owner,” said Christie. “It represented a very rare opportunity for someone to acquire this many assets in Marblehead. We had a very strong response from our marketing process. Many local and regional investors immediately recognized this unique offering.”
