Pezzoni joins the firm to expand Hunneman's leasing and advisory capabilities throughout Greater Boston.
BOSTON, MA (July 22, 2026) – Hunneman, New England's premier full-service commercial real estate provider, is pleased to announce that Jon Pezzoni has joined the firm's Leasing & Advisory team as a Senior Vice President and Principal.
Pezzoni joins our Leasing & Advisory team as a Senior Vice President and Principal, with more than a decade of experience across Greater Boston's office, R&D, and industrial markets. He was most recently a Senior Vice President at Avison Young. Since 2014, Pezzoni has been advising tenants, landlords, and developers throughout the Metro West, 495 West & South submarkets, crafting and executing tailored strategies that best position assets to maximize their value.
