Modern Party Art signs a long-term lease, bringing a new creative destination to one of Dorchester's most prominent retail spaces in Boston's Fields Corner neighborhood.
BOSTON, MA (July 14, 2026) – Hunneman, New England’s premier, full-service commercial real estate provider, recently secured a 9,000 square foot, long-term, retail lease at 1524 Dorchester Ave. in Boston’s Fields Corner neighborhood on behalf of ownership, H. Levenbaum Realty, Inc. The 10-year lease brings Modern Party Art to the property as the creative studio and community arts company expands its regional footprint with another Greater Boston location.
The property, formerly occupied by national retailer Eblens, presented ownership with a significant leasing opportunity in one of Dorchester’s most active neighborhood corridors. While ownership initially considered demising the space into smaller retail units to increase leasing flexibility, Hunneman successfully identified a full-space tenant, allowing the landlord to avoid substantial subdivision costs while securing a long-term commitment for the entire footprint.
