Hunneman Named Exclusive Leasing Agent for Highwood Office Park
Hunneman expands its partnership with KS Partners through the exclusive leasing assignment of the Highwood Office Park campus in Tewksbury, MA.
Boston, MA (August 6, 2026) - Hunneman, New England's premier, full-service commercial real estate provider, has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Highwood Office Park, a three-building office campus located in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, on behalf of KS Partners, a privately held, vertically integrated real estate company that owns and manages more than 5 million square feet of commercial real estate across the Northeast. The assignment further strengthens Hunneman's longstanding partnership with KS Partners, building on the firms’ continued collaboration across the owner’s New England portfolio.
Highwood Office Park is comprised of more than 265,000 square feet of office and flex use space across 1, 2, and 3 Highwood Drive, with available suites ranging from approximately 4,000 to 67,000 square feet. The campus has undergone significant renovations in recent years and offers modern amenities, flexible floor plans, and a range of workspace solutions designed to support today’s user types.
