Hunneman Brokers New Global Headquarters for Curium Pharma in Boston’s Seaport District
Leader in nuclear cancer medicine will relocate to newly renovated Class-A office space at 2 Seaport Lane

BOSTON, MA (DECEMBER 8, 2025) – Hunneman, New England’s premier, full-service commercial real estate provider, recently brokered a 6,982 square foot sublease at 2 Seaport Lane for Curium Pharma, a leading radiopharmaceutical company dedicated to using cutting edge technology and innovative science in nuclear medicine to diagnose and treat millions of patients with cancer. The new location will serve as Curium’s global headquarters, supporting its international team in continuing their advancements in cancer medicine alongside Greater Boston’s life science community.
“The Seaport proved to be an ideal location for Curium’s Global Headquarters, situating the team within one of Greater Boston’s most vibrant biotech submarkets, complemented by exceptional connectivity to Logan Airport,” said Steve James, Executive Vice President at Hunneman. “In a challenging macroeconomic environment, Boston continues to be a magnet for growing life science companies. This year Hunneman has executed several leases for medical and life science companies, underscoring our role in supporting this critical sector of our local economy.”
Supremely located in Boston’s bustling Seaport District, 2 Seaport Lane features newly built-out, Class-A space with sweeping harbor views. Onsite amenities include a recently renovated lobby with an indoor winter garden and an underground parking garage. Morton Steakhouse serves as the building’s onsite restaurant.
2 Seaport Lane’s location at Seaport’s waterfront gives tenants direct access to a variety of top-tier local restaurants, hotels, retail, and entertainment options, including the Seaport Hotel Boston, Trader Joes, Harpoon Brewery, Tatte, Puttshack, Soul Cycle and more. Corporate neighbors include Foundation Medicine, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Eli Lilly and Company, and more.
“Curium is at the forefront of a new revolution in cancer treatment. As we amplify our focus on new product development, setting up our headquarters in Boston allows us to be closer to innovative science and technology, as well as access to important industry resources,” said Renaud Dehareng, CEO of Curium. “Combined with the exceptional talent we attract, this creates an ideal foundation to support our ambition to improve the lives of millions of patients with cancer.”
The 2 Seaport Lane building, owned by Pembroke, offers convenient access to I-90 and 1-93 and is a ten-minute drive from Logan International Airport. Nearby public transit options include the MBTA Silver Line and Water Taxi, as well as the newly renovated South Station.
