Dan Collins Returns to Hunneman as Senior Vice President
Veteran Boston broker brings more than two decades of tenant and landlord representation experience back to the firm.
BOSTON, MA (October 22, 2026) – Hunneman announced today that Dan Collins has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, returning to the brokerage where he served as a Vice President from 2010 to 2014. Dan brings more than two decades of commercial real estate brokerage experience in both tenant and landlord representation.
At Hunneman, Collins will focus on tenant representation and occupier services, advising companies on leasing, renewals, relocations and expansions across Greater Boston. Having worked on both sides of the table throughout his career, he brings a landlord’s perspective to negotiating on behalf of tenants, and he will draw on the firm’s brokerage, capital markets and property management platform to support occupiers’ broader real estate decisions.
