The Hunneman team, led by Executive Vice Presidents Steve James, Leeanne Rizzo and Ned Halloran and Vice President Patrick Grady and Assistant Vice President Connor Hayes represented the landlord, Duffy Properties, in these transactions.

Located directly off Route 128, 400 Fifth Ave is a first-class office building that boasts high-end finishes and amenities. Cushing & Dolan P.C., represented by John Parsons and Ryan Parsons of SVN Parsons Commercial Group, signed a significant long-term lease of 14,856 SF. Stack & Stack, LLP leased the final remaining 1,777 SF suite, and was represented by the Hunneman leasing team. The two transactions brought the building to 100% leased.

Cushing and Dolan P.C., a renowned law firm with twelve locations throughout New England, and certified public accountants Stack & Stack, LLP, join other notable tenants such as Ardelyx and Yardi in the now fully leased building.
