Hunneman Facilitates $11.8M Sale of Coolidge Corner Multifamily Complex

Hunneman’s multifamily team has completed over $70 million in sales across urban and suburban properties in 2025.

BROOKLINE, MA (SEPTEMBER 4, 2025) – Hunneman, New England’s premier, full-service commercial real estate provider, announced that it has facilitated the sale of 10-12 Greenway Court in Brookline, Massachusetts. The residential complex encompasses two adjacent brick apartment buildings with off-street parking and is comprised of 14 residential units in Brookline’s highly sought after Coolidge Corner neighborhood.

 

“Coolidge Corner has long been a highly coveted location for multifamily assets, offering both stability and long-term value,” said Carl Christie, Executive Vice President of Investment Sales and Capital Markets at Hunneman. “With this sale the team has executed over $70 million in multifamily transactions, which has shown to be a tremendously active asset class in 2025.”

 

10-12 Greenway Court is ideally situated near a plethora of nearby retail, restaurant, and cultural amenities. Neighboring attractions include Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, the Larz Anderson Auto Museum, and the historic Coolidge Corner Theater. Conveniently located three minutes away from the MBTA Green Line Coolidge Corner station by foot, 10-12 Greenway Court offers ease of access to all Brookline and Boston has to offer. Carl Christie and Dan McGee represented the seller of 10-12 Greenway Court and procured the buyer.

 

In addition to the sale of 10-12 Greenway Court, Hunneman also recently facilitated a $7.5 million sale of 36-units at the Quarrywood Green complex in Milford, New Hampshire. Well located off Route 101A at 59 Ponemah Hill Road, the 36 units were well stabilized and generating positive cash flow. The offering was well received by the market resulting in multiple offers. Hunneman represented the seller New Point LLC and procured the buyer.
