Boston, MA., July 17, 2024 – Hunneman is pleased to announce a long term lease transaction between AOTCO, a prominent expert metal finishing solutions provider, and landlord, GFI Partners. Hunneman’s North Suburban team of Chris Curley and Michael Allen represented AOTCO and JLL’s team of Jamey Lipscomb and Chris Decembrele represented GFI Partners in the deal.
AOTCO’s lease consisted of 48,369 SF located at 900 Middlesex Turnpike in Billerica, MA. The strategic expansion is a testament to AOTCO’s commitment to enhancing its manufacturing capabilities to better serve its diverse client base, spanning across multiple industries including, clean energy, defense, aerospace and aviation, medical and life sciences, telecommunications and more.
