Hilco Real Estate acquired the property in 2018 and shortly thereafter completed a major renovation converting the single-user building to a best-in-class multi-tenant building, anchored by Analog Devices. As part of the renovation, Hilco completed infrastructure improvements as well as adding a full amenity package including, a cafeteria, 24/7 grab & go, coffee bar, fitness center with showers, and an outdoor area for meetings, relaxing and company gatherings. In addition to the on-site amenities, the building is less than a half a mile from University Station providing various retail shops and access to the 128 Amtrak/MBTA Station.
