Robert Fitzgerald of Hunneman represented the Landlord, American Healthcare REIT, and the tenant Galatea Associates, LLC was represented by John Osten of JLL.

Galatea Associates, a financial services company that partners with global financial leaders to design, build and deliver critical customized solutions with deep industry knowledge and technical innovation, expanded into their space at 20-40 Holland Street, with a long-term renewal. Galatea renewed on its existing 10,128 SF of office space and expanded into 11,895 SF.
