# Hunneman Completes Long-term Renewal in Somerville

Boston, MA., January 10, 2024 – Hunneman today announced the completion of long-term lease extension and expansion at 20-40 Holland Street, Somerville, MA. [Robert Fitzgerald](https://www.hunnemanre.com/agents/71042-robert-fitzgerald) of Hunneman represented the Landlord, American Healthcare REIT, and the tenant Galatea Associates, LLC was represented by John Osten of JLL.

Galatea Associates, a financial services company that partners with global financial leaders to design, build and deliver critical customized solutions with deep industry knowledge and technical innovation, expanded into their space at 20-40 Holland Street, with a long-term renewal. Galatea renewed on its existing 10,128 SF of office space and expanded into 11,895 SF.

“Galatea’s long-term commitment is a testament to the building’s quality,” said Hunneman’s Robert Fitzgerald.

American Healthcare REIT is a global real estate investment trust that specializes in healthcare properties. With a portfolio valued at around $4.3 billion, they have established themselves as a significant player in the industry.

Situated in the heart of Davis Square, 40 Holland Street is a four-story building that houses medical offices and retail spaces. It boasts a spacious outdoor patio along Holland Street and offers ample parking, including an on-site garage and nearby municipal and street parking facilities.
