Hunneman Brokers Lease for CMC North America’s New Headquarters in Methuen

CMC North America’s move to 200 Danton Drive will support expanded inventory, services, and sales.

METHUEN, MA (May 27, 2025) – Hunneman, New England’s premier, full-service commercial real estate provider, announced that it has brokered a 70,872 square-foot, multi-year lease at 200 Danton Drive in Methuen, Massachusetts on behalf of the building’s new tenant CMC North America, a leading provider of sales, distribution, and services for aerial work platforms and related products throughout North America. 200 Danton Drive will serve as CMC North America’s new headquarters, consolidating two industrial and office locations into the Methuen property. CMC North America will occupy the entirety of 200 Danton Drive.

200 Danton Drive is a standalone industrial property in Methuen conveniently located off I-93 and near the New Hampshire border. The building, owned by Starwood Capital Group, contains 49,378 square feet of warehouse space as well as 20,663 square feet of office space. The property features seven loading docks and high ceilings, as well as an expandable parking area. The building sits on approximately 11.9 acres of land, offering abundant outdoor space and opportunity for expansion.
